The year has been a fantastic one for the business with the brand enjoying a higher profile than ever. We were also delighted to say we now have over 60 global partners buying the Rock Oil brand.
A new relationship in 2015 has been the partnering of the British Superbike Championship, one of the best domestic motorcycle race series in the world. The partnership is the largest in Rock’s long history and has reinforced the brand to a global audience. We have had a great year of results from our racing partnerships and secured a number of championships, including a Speedway world title through Tai Woffinden. Away from motorcycle we have worked with race partners such as Albatec Racing and Sean Walkinsaw Motorsport, as we continue to push the brand to new audiences.
This past June saw the launch of a new range of commercial lubricants called TRUCK-GUARD®. This specialised range offers real benefits to fleet users and the range has thus far proved very popular. All information, including brochures and technical details are on the commercial lubricants page on our website. Early in 2016 we will be launching VAN-GUARD® which is aimed at the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) market. In the UK one in ten vehicles on the road is a van and these vehicles are not currently served by a dedicated lubricants range. We feel a targeted range will be a popular addition to our product line up and will also compliment the TRUCK-GUARD® range as many fleets will operate both types of vehicle.
